What Should NOT be Reported Here?

 Sexual harassment or assault → Title IX 

 Discrimination based on race, disability, religion, etc. → Title 5 

 Emergency safety issues → Call 911

Process Overview:

  1. Submit a report through our secure form
  2. Office receives the report and initiates outreach
  3. Reporting party participates in an intake meeting
  4. Office conducts an initial review, categorizes the report, and determines applicable policy
    • If the report is categorized under workplace management, the Office may refer the matter to the appropriate administrator to handle directly, if needed.
  5. Option to pursue resolution 
    • Informal resolution or
    • Formal investigation (if warranted)
  6. Investigation (if a formal process is chosen) 
  7. Findings and next steps

All reports are reviewed promptly and impartially.
