✔ Code of Ethics violations (BP 7001)
✔ Misuse of District property
✔ Conflicts of interest
✔ Unprofessional conduct
✔ Failure to follow District policies
✔ General workplace misconduct
What Should NOT be Reported Here?
✘ Sexual harassment or assault → Title IX
✘ Discrimination based on race, disability, religion, etc. → Title 5
✘ Emergency safety issues → Call 911
Process Overview:
- Submit a report through our secure form
- Office receives the report and initiates outreach
- Reporting party participates in an intake meeting
- Office conducts an initial review, categorizes the report, and determines applicable
policy
- If the report is categorized under workplace management, the Office may refer the matter to the appropriate administrator to handle directly, if needed.
- Option to pursue resolution
- Informal resolution or
- Formal investigation (if warranted)
- Investigation (if a formal process is chosen)
- Findings and next steps
All reports are reviewed promptly and impartially.
