Welcome to the RSCCD Incident Reporting Portal. This page allows students, employees, and community members to submit reports regarding incidents, misconduct, or concerning behavior within the Rancho Santiago Community College District, including Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College.

NOTE: FACULTY SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH STUDENTS REGARDING ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT MATTERS BEFORE REFERRING THE ISSUE TO STUDENT CONDUCT.
Use this form to report an incident of academic misconduct. Examples include, but are not limited to: cheating, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, or use of paid or unpaid services to complete an assignment.
This reporting form starts the reasonable accommodation process and is available for employees and managers. Please complete the form with as much information as possible. It is important to note that the District does not require, or desire, that you provide a diagnosis, or any medical details other than the information on the limitations or restrictions for which the job accommodation is being requested.

A CARE Report encourages faculty, staff, students, and other community members to report behavior that concerns campus safety and the individuals involved. The CARE Team can provide support to students through referral follow-up. For disruptive behavior, please submit a Student Discipline Report.
