District Confidential Resources
Provides confidential support for RSCCD students, faculty, and staff. This resource will not share information without your consent unless required by law.
The resources listed below do not have to report any concerns to the Civil Rights & Compliance Team.
Student Health and Counseling Services
Students may seek confidential support through the District’s health and counseling services. Licensed medical and mental health professionals provide confidential care, counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals.

Local Police Departments
Local law enforcement can assist individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, or other crimes. Police can coordinate medical forensic examinations and initiate criminal investigations if the individual wishes to pursue prosecution.

Additional Confidential Resource Options at the District
The District has identified specific employees who may maintain confidentiality under the professional license or professional ethics applicable to their role. These include:
- Health service providers and staff in Student Health Centers whose primary assignment is to render medical treatment;
- Licensed professional counselors and staff whose primary assignment is to provide mental health counseling; and
- Sexual assault and domestic violence counselors and advocates who work or volunteer on campus.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employees may access confidential counseling and support services through the District’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is available to employees and eligible household members.
Services include short-term counseling, crisis support, and referrals for personal, emotional, and workplace concerns.
