District Research, Planning & Institutional Effectiveness

• Coordinating and completing state and federal compliance reporting of student, staff, and operational data on behalf of the colleges
• Conducting statistical studies that guide districtwide policy, program development, and long-term planning • Leading the implementation of districtwide comprehensive planning across colleges and district services and operations
• Conducting specialized research projects to meet departmental, institutional, community, and state or federal requirements
• Consulting and offering evaluation support for faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners seeking to strengthen programs and services
• Developing and managing customized data visualizations, including student demographics, enrollment management, and student outcomes dashboards, to support effective decision making
• Reviewing and approving external research requests at the colleges and at district services and operations
• Providing data verification and analysis for information produced by external agencies for accountability and reporting purposes
• Review and provide data from external agencies and those from the public to ensure compliance and privacy of our faculty, staff, and students
