Purchasing Services

Overview

The Purchasing Services Department is the central p​rocurement a​​uthority f​or​ the District and responsible for purchases, service contracts, receiving, fixed assets, surplus and mail services. Purchasing Services supports and ​enhances the education of students by procuring goods and ​services, as​ requested by District staff based upon an impartial, open, competitive vendor selection process that complies with all applicable laws and the District's Board Policies and Administrative Regulations.  It is the Purchasing Services mission t​o obtain the lowest available acquisition costs consistent with the specified features, functions, quantity, quality, level of service and required delivery time and methods for all goods and services.

This website is intended to provide general information and guidelines and as such, may not answer all of your questions.  Any questions not answered here may be answered by calling the numbers below or by visiting our office.
